3K Services, LLC is a General Contracting, Construction Management, and Product Distribution firm that brings big-business sophistication but with small-company flexibility. We are certified MDOT, and MBE/DBE.
We have two self-performing in-house divisions, that provide welding & fabrication and mechanical pipe insulation services. Based in the Washington DC Metro area, 3K is a contractor of choice for Commercial, Mixed-Use development, Urban Residential, Federal Government, Religious - Non-profit, Higher Education and Healthcare.
